Free Initial Consultation
I offer a free 30-minute consultation (either on the phone or in my office), so you can get a sense of whether we are a good match. It is also an opportunity for me to decide whether or not I will be able to help you. In most cases I am able to provide immediate availability for an initial appointment (within 48 hours). There are no long wait times for being seen.
Reduced Fees
If you cannot afford my fee, please let me know because I do have a sliding scale that makes my services affordable for most clients. Or, alternatively, I can connect you with another therapist who can address your needs.
Fee Schedule
This will be discussed and a rate agreed upon during the initial appointment. A therapy session is approximately 50 minutes.
Insurance
I do not accept insurance (out-of-network), but I provide all the necessary paperwork for my clients to file on their own and get reimbursed by their insurance provider. The majority of my clients receive some form of reimbursement from their insurance. Please call your insurance provider to determine your coverage.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full fee for the missed session. Clients receive reminders of appointments by either email or text 48 hours ahead of time.
Payment
ACH Bank Transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, cash or check accepted for payment at the time of service.
